- ron h★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not sure who is running the joint but Rene's service is certainly disjointed. From tech's failing to properly evaluate the problem leading to more headaches, failing to follow up leaving the customer wondering what the tech is doing, to repeat visits wasting the customer's time and money. It was not a good customer experience. Granted they have a good tech who finally helped us (Thank You) it'd be nice if the quality was consistent.
It's not fun putting up an honest review and i wish it could have been more positive
So if you see Rene's...run away!
